Statement to voters
Dear Resident, It is again my honour to be The Labour Party Candidate for Penn ward, at May 2nd 2024's Council Election.
Full statement
Penn is full of decent people, huge talent and fantastic businesses and even despite losing by just 46 votes in 2023, gathering the support of 1,550 residents made me humbled and even more determined to serve in the best way possible.
As someone who was first in my family to attend University and having worked in the Charity, Cultural, Inventory and Major Events sectors by 26 years of age and also having represented the city's young people: despite being an BAME Autistic lad, raised by a single Mother in childhood and always struggling for income, makes me incredibly proud of all I've achieved.
I want that for YOU and your family not least during this Cost of Living Crisis - which remember YOU'RE NOT ALONE within: through giving back to this city which has given me so much, since making Wolverhampton my home in August 2009.
I want that kind opportunity for all residents in Penn and I will put that at the heart of all I do in keeping streets clean, protecting green spaces such as the Vicarage Conservation Area, championing Social Care, ensure our Transport becomes clean and green and gain more investment for its people, including to continue development in our schools following the £1 Million expansion at St Bartholomew’s Primary.
Together, let’s build a A Prideful Penn and Vote Labour on May 2nd, so a new, fresh and vibrant champion can serve YOU!
